Heading up Pure Africa’s Sales & Reservations department places Memory as the point of contact for our valued agents and clients and has her working alongside the team in acquiring and growing our support base. Having studied Tourism and Hospitality, Memory has acquired extensive work experience and numerous accolades to her name. Her passion for the area and industry are matched by her enthusiasm and knowledge, all qualities integral to the packaging and presentation of Pure Africa’s products, as well as the smooth running of our reservations department.
Judith was raised in Victoria Falls, where her passion for tourism was nurtured from an early age. She pursued studies in Tourism and Hospitality and brings over 11 years of industry experience, complemented by her deep, extensive knowledge of Victoria Falls and its surrounding areas. Leading our destination services and premium ground handling team, Judith is dedicated to designing tailor-made itineraries and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, unforgettable Victoria Falls experience filled with warmth and expertise.
With a significant background in events management, Yolanda leads Weddings and Events with expertise and passion. Dedicated to curating bespoke celebrations, she specializes in destination weddings and exclusive events in Victoria Falls, renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and ability to design meaningful, high-end experiences. Born in Zimbabwe and trained at the School of Hospitality and Tourism, Chef Admire is a distinguished figure in Zimbabwe’s luxury culinary scene. His career highlights include honing his craft at the prestigious Singita Pamushana, where he rose from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef, and spanning luxury hotels across Africa—including representing Zimbabwe at the HAAPI festivals in Nigeria, earning accolades for his innovative work. Passionate about blending local African ingredients with international techniques, he brings a true taste of Zimbabwe to every plate. Admire currently serves as Head Chef, leading the kitchen with skill, creativity, and dedication to exceptional dining experiences.
Mqondisi Ndlovu is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the Tourism and Hospitality industry. Currently leading the accounts department, he is detail-driven and results-oriented, excelling in financial reporting, tax compliance, budget management, and streamlining processes to ensure regulatory adherence and accurate insights for strategic decisions. Skilled in tools like QuickBooks, Pastel, and Odoo, he is known as the “Magician” for his strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies that support sustainable growth.
Born in Harare, Ralph grew up around his father who worked as a National Parks and Wildlife Warden for over 35 years. Here he picked up his extensive experience in maintenance, guiding, flying and game management. His passion expanded as he continued to hone is abilities. Ralph is fundamental in the smooth running of the Pure Africa boas, engines, generators and back of house operations. Guests may rarely encounter Ralph on their visits but his contribution is invaluable.
